Today, with over 25 years of recruiting experience, she is now the owner and manages Charles Foster. Dottie is a Certified Personnel Consultant and a Certified Staffing Professional. She is quite active in the community and belongs to numerous local and national organizations that promote small business, women in business, and the personnel industry.
