Elaine Walton is Manager of the Accounts Payable, Receivable and Payroll Departments. Elaine joined Charles Foster Company in 1997 after moving from Clarksville, TN. She brings with her over 15 years of accounting experience. She takes pride in providing detailed and accurate billing information as well as overseeing "in-house" payroll for our employees.
