Temp-To-Hire

Charles Foster will screen candidates and present you with only the most qualified employees. We will send you a prospective employee for the permanent position, and they will remain on our payroll as a temporary employee. During this time, you will have the chance to observe their work before making a definite commitment. If at any time, you decide that the employee is not going to work out for any reason, all it takes is a phone call to us. If you decide that they are indeed capable of the permanent position, at the end of the temporary period they are transferred from our payroll to yours. There is no fee involved for this transfer.

Payroll Service

Charles Foster payroll service will take care of the paperwork and red tape involved with hiring employees. If you have located a candidate you wish to evaluate before hiring, Charles Foster can assist in the process. We will pay your employee weekly and handle all required taxes, Worker's Compensation and liability until you are ready to employ the candidate permanently.
